Georgette Blackwell-Jones, 60, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at her home. Born July 28, 1950 in Clarendon County, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Russell and Dorothy Tarlton Blackwell.
She attended Manning public schools and later advanced to Benedict College, Columbia, where she met and married her life long love, the late William N.
