Patricia Ann Haynesworth was called to eternal rest on Monday,  December 19, 2011 at Tuomey Health Care System, Sumter.  Born in White Plains, New York, she was the daughter of  Susan N.  H. Martin and the late William Haynesworth, Sr.  She was educated in the public schools of  White Plains, N. Y.  

She was brought up in the Pentecostal House of Prayer under the leadership of the late Elder Luther Dingle.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughter, Sharalle Lynee;  her mother, Susan N. H. Nathaniel of Sumter;  two brothers, William Jr. and Vincent;  one sister, Alma L.; three nieces, Kenya, Ashley and Neveah;  five aunts; three uncles; two grandaunts,  Vivian Mickens of Sumter and Nell Richardson of New York;  two best friends, James and Stacey; and a host of  cousins, other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Rickey; a sister, Lorianne;  and her grandmother and grandfather..

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p. m., Friday,  December  23, 2011 from the John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel,  Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street,  Sumter,  with the Reverend Jannette Jenkins, officiating, eulogist, assisted by the Rev. Otis Butler, Minister Jackie Jenkins Williams and Minister E. J. Bradford.. 

The family will receive friends at her home 1012 Jan Avenue, Sumter.

The funeral procession will leave from her home at 1:00 p. m.

Floral bearers and Pall bearers will be friends of the family.

Burial will be in the Mt. Carmel Church Cemetery, Dalzell
