On Saturday, April 21, 2012, an angel descended and plucked another rose, Belinda Michelle Muldrow, 39, from God’s garden of life. Born in Cambridge, England on March 9, 1973, she was the daughter of Anthony J. Muldrow, Sr. and the late Adalyn “Blossom” Marshall Muldrow.
Belinda was a 1991 graduate of Sumter High School. She served in the United States Army from 1992 as a Health Care Specialist and was honorably discharged from active duty in 2007. During her tenure in the army she received numerous decorations, medals, awards and citations.
She was attending college in Columbus, Georgia studying for her nursing degree when she became ill. Belinda was a unique, loving and caring person. Her joy in life, family and friends was evident in everything she did. She was loved by everyone who knew her and she gave generously and lovingly of herself to all she met. Belinda did not quit, she never gave up on life; she got tired and went to rest. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by family and friends.
She leaves to cherish precious memories: a loving and devoted father, Anthony J. Muldrow, Sr. and grandmother, Anna M. Muldrow of the home; stepmother, Alice Muldrow; two brothers, Anthony J.
