Harriett Outing McDaniel,  77, widow of William McDaniel,  departed this earthly life on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation Center, Sumter.  Born in Sumter County on September 8, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Manning and Wilhelmina Gayle Outing.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 p. m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from the  John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel, Williams Funeral Home, Inc.,  821 North Main Street,  Sumter.   Members of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall will be officiating.
