Deacon Andrew Moses , 90, son of the late Matthew and Agnes Holmes Moses, was born in Lee County on January 15, 1929. His early years were challenging, as he lost his mother at the age of eight. As a child and young adult, Andrew was affiliated with Jerusalem Stuckey Baptist Church. He later joined the Jamestown Road Church of God and dedicated his life to the Lord. He is survived by his wife, Adlean; four sons, Andrew L. (Gloria), Douglas, Stephen of Bishopville and Michael (Gloria Brenda) of Wake Forest, NC; three daughters, Earlean Simon of Bishopville, Shirley (Franklin) Stuckey of Camden and Juanita (Steven) Martin of Fountain Inn; twelve grandchildren; four sisters-in-law; countless relatives, friends and acquaintances are also left to relish his memories.
