Tyreather Anderson, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, Spartanburg, at the age of 44. She was born in Sumter, on December 28, 1977, to Martha J. Anderson and the late Elder Eugene Anderson. She was preceded in death by her sister, Teneia Anderson-Boutte. Tyreather was a member of Mt. Sinai Presbyterian Church in Mayesville. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in Elliot, with the Class of 1996. She served honorably in the Army National Guard as a Human Resource Personnel Clerk. She attended Limestone College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management. In 2011 she graduated from University of Phoenix with a Master Degree in Liberal Arts. While in Spartanburg, Tyreather worked at H&R Block as a Tax Advisor, Youth Advocate Advisor for DSS and Dollar General Distribution Center. Tyreather continue to hold various positions even with the declination of her health. Tyreather leaves to cherish her precious memories and will be sadly miss by her two sisters, Carolyn Anderson of Bronx, NY, Towanda Anderson of Spartanburg; two brothers, Charles (Kenya) Anderson of Elgin, and Kenneth Anderson of Columbia. She was bless with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 112 Tucson Drive, Sumter. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p. m., Friday, February 4, 2022 in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with Dr. Franklin Colclough, Moderator, Eulogist. The procession will leave the home at 12:20 p. m. Burial will be in the Mt. Sinai Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 97 Mt. Sinai Church Road, Mayesville.
