Lannnie Mae Cabbagestalk, also known as “Lonnie”, affectionately called “Cabbage”, was born on July 27, 1954, in Sumter, SC, to the late Lennie Vaughn, Jr. and Mary Alice Cabbagestalk. Cabbage departed this life on July 1, 2026, in the place of her birth. As a young girl, she moved to the DC Metropolitan area. She received her diploma from Ballou Senior High School and went on to earn a certification to become a visiting nurse. At her core, Cabbage was full of life and energy. She had an infectious smile, and loved to laugh and dance to the music that moved her soul. Her memory will be cherished by her children, grandchildren, great-grands, siblings, and a host of other family and friends. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 12 pm, Friday, July 17, 2026, at The Pareik, 16100 Cadillac Dr, Brandywine, Maryland 20613.
