Willie Johnson began his life journey on Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25, 1954, born to the late Johnny and Lue Emma Temoney Johnson in Sumter, South Carolina. He departed this earthly life to eternal rest on Friday, October 16, 2026, at McCoy Memorial Nursing Center, Bishopville, SC. His memories will be cherished by his siblings and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life services will be held 2:00 p. m., Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Beulah AME Church, 3175 Florence Highway, Sumter with Rev. James B. Leonard, Pastor. Interment will follow in the church yard cemetery.
